Our experience is that, among legitimate contractors (those who are established, insured and pay taxes), the pricing offered by Accent Roofing Service is extremely competitive. Of course, there are always going to be so-called "trunk slammers" who are able to beat our price by foregoing some element of quality. But such contractors rarely stay in business long enough to service warranty claims.

To protect yourself when pricing a roof job:

● Get a guaranteed price on the project, rather than a range or estimate.
● Flush out all hidden costs, such as extra charges for rotten wood or weather delays.
● Be sure that all taxes are included in your price.
● Refuse to pay an extra fee if you are paying by credit.
● Get the quoted price in writing.
