Here are some key questions to ask your contractor with regard to material selection:

● Is the warranty pro-rated?
● Is the warranty transferable? If so, is there a fee to transfer the warranty?
● What is your (the contractor's) level of experience with the manufacturer?
● Where do you (the contractor) buy your material (contact the supplier to inquire about contractor's standing and longevity with the supply house)?
